Role overview
Gather Point Co is looking for an Events Manager in Fayetteville to plan and run weddings, private dinners and family celebrations from first conversation through breakdown. You will lead a small team, manage vendors and make sure every client feels looked after.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, build event plans, budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate caterers, florists, rental companies and venues.
- Lead event-day setup, service and breakdown with the on-site team.
- Follow up with clients after each event and report on budget and feedback.
Desired skills
- Experience in weddings, hospitality or private event planning.
- Strong organization and calm, friendly communication.
- Confident budgeting and vendor negotiation.
- Availability on evenings and weekends during event season.
